There are 88 gift boxes on the CPM 2 map. The ones below are 45 spots across City 1, the Race Track, Red Rock Desert and the two highways back to City 1. Each box is a small green crate. Drive or walk into it and a banner like 48 OF 88 GIFT FOUND +49000 pops up. How much money does a CPM 2 gift box give?
Every box pays cash, and the amount climbs with your count: your Nth box pays (N + 1) × 1,000. The 23rd box paid 24,000, the 48th paid 49,000 and the 66th paid 67,000. Late boxes are worth far more than early ones, so it is worth finishing a full area instead of grabbing one or two.

How do you find gift boxes faster?
Start each area from the spawn screen, open the full-screen map and look for your marker. Boxes sit on roofs, behind buildings, inside a diner and up a cliff, so plenty of them need you to get out of the car and walk. On foot you can climb stairs and walls the car can't reach. Driving close isn't enough; the banner only shows once you touch the box.

Where are the gift boxes in City 1?
Spawn at City. These 19 boxes run around the big bridge, the port and the city streets.

Box 9 in the desert: climb on foot
This is the hardest one. Leave the car at the foot of the red rock wall, then run up the slope and along the ridge. A THIS WORLD ENDS HERE message popped up during the climb in the recorded run; the player kept climbing and reached the ledge, where the box sits against the rock.
